No compliment would, perhaps, seem exaggerated in the assessment of the genius of Rabindranath Tagore, the unique maker and master. He is considered to be the culmination of the Romantic Movement in Bengali literature.

Contrary to his prosperous family background, Tagore’s approach toward life was simple, aesthetic and down to earth.

Every year on the 7th of May, Bengalis all over the world come together to celebrate this great personality birth anniversary, popularly known as '২৫এবৈশাখ'
